In our heart, we need to feel confident that the web site owner believes:

-the Bible is the only authoritative Word of God;
-in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ
-the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ, which  is essential for personal salvation (and not through our works);

ILoveJesus.com requires that the owners of the guestbooks contained here abide by this statement of faith. We feel that this is the basic Christian belief, and welcome everyone who agrees to this statement of faith and our terms and conditions to have a guestbook of their own!

Our Terms and Conditions

As conditions for membership, you agree to the following:

1. You agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to delete the guestbook, without warning, of anyone in violation of these rules or that we feel is going against our Christian neighborhood in general. Any dispute will be resolved by ILoveJesus.com. Please understand that our decision is final and not open to debate.

2. You agree that we have the right to put an advertisement banner (Christian and family friendly only) on your guestbook pages since it is hosted on our server.

3. Your guestbook cannot contain hate messages (against secular or Christian individuals or organizations); cannot have nudity, profanity, or other obscene behavior or topic (there is absolutely NO pornography  or links to pornography sites allowed on ANY page within); cannot promote demonic, occult, satanic, new age or anti-Christian values or beliefs; cannot promote pro-choice or pro-abortion views; cannot promote gay or  lesbian lifestyle views; cannot promote a distorted view or faulty interpretation of the Holy Bible; Not only can you not have offending material in your guestbook, but you cannot have links to any sites with offending material on them or material listed above. If links to any offending sites are found, we will ask you to remove them and if you do not comply, we will then have to remove your guestbook from our database.  The above listing is not complete by any means. ILoveJesus.com decides what is offending to our family and we want everyone to abide by those rules. ILoveJesus.com has the complete right to ask anyone to leave for any offending reason at our discretion.
-When we say "promote" a certain life style, political issue, or position, we mean that your web site can discuss the topic. It can have periodic "letters  to the editor" or guest book entries that don't agree with your viewpoint, but the main theme of the web site must meet our criteria above. So, don't be afraid of being cancelled from ChristianGuestbook.com  because someone submits something to your web site that wouldn't meet ChristianGuestbook's main theme of your Christian web site. When we say "cult", we mean that it uses psychological coercion to recruit, indoctrinate and retain its members; it forms an elitist totalitarian society; its founder/leader is self-appointed, dogmatic, and/or the leader is trying to become the cults own "deliverer" . So, a church  denomination or teaching that doesn't believe the same way we do does not necessarily make it a cult. But it still may not qualify for a guestbook with ChristianGuestBook.com. ILoveJesus.com has the sole right to decide what can be displayed. In the end, no matter what, we decide. This not so that we can be tyrants, we just have to lay down these rules for those who would push it too far.

4. You agree to utilize the services of ILoveJesus.com and ChristianGuestBook.com at your own risk. ILoveJesus.com, ChristianGuestBook.com and its sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of ILoveJesus.com and ChristianGuestBook.com services. In the case of file corruption, where some or all of your account and/or site data is lost, you agree to hold ILoveJesus.com and ChristianGuestBook.com harmless. Our server does make nightly backups, so there should not be a problem getting things back in order, but in the case of an unforseen misfortune, you agree to hold us harmless.

5. Although ILoveJesus.com and ChristianGuestBook.com will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, ILoveJesus.com does not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of ILoveJesus.com and ChristianGuestBook.com services. The internet is full of reasons why the server may seem slow, down, or other problems. Most of the time it is because the Internet itself is congested or it could be a problem somewhere in the many connections between the your computer and the server computer. If you consistently have problems, please contact us, and we will look into the problem. If it is the case that your computer does not function for any reason (including Y2K), or there is a conflict somewhere on the internet and you can't access your site, we are not responsible for any data lost and your account is not eligible for a refund if you can not sign on or access the server to update your site that is hosted with us. Just a note:  our servers are y2k compliant and should have no problems when January 1, 2000 arrives, but we can't guarantee that your computer is or the computers that relay your internet requests to the server.

6. We will delete a guestbook that has not been used in 6 months.

7. You are limited to 100 guests in your book at this time.

8. You proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior! :o)

ILoveJesus.com retains ownership and all rights to the ChristianGuestbook.com name, logo, databases, reports, web site, original graphics and all information contained here.

All users of ChristianGuestbook.com are required to agree to the terms and conditions. Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from using ChristianGuestbook.com. We also reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without any notice to members.

We are no longer taking new users. We will be opening up a new site with a new program over at ChristianGuestbook.org hopefully by the end of March, 2004, so keep checking there if you need a new guestbook!
